We use an online system in which all passwords can be shared without actually being revealed. Only your VA and account manager will be able to access these. We can also provide NDA’S for that extra peace of mind.

Yes, we will send your VA to you before they begin work so that they can understand your business and its culture completely. Skype calls are also mandatory at the end of every week so you can discuss future works and plans with your VA.

It is very rare that we come across a CRM system that we haven’t used but if this is the case, we will ensure our VA’s are fully trained before they begin the work.

Yes, with the exception of sickness and holidays. Should the latter occur then the account manager will work on behalf of your VA as you will already have a relationship with them and they will know all about your business.

Your account manager is there to ensure that the work flow between you and your VA is seamless. However if problems do arise then please get in touch with the Account Manager and we can rectify any issues immediately.
